What would make my amp (car audio) be on while the key is off?

I recently installed an amp and 2 12″ subwoofers into my trunk. Though after a mishap the whole enclosure came loose and slip to the back of my trunk. While doing so it pulled the power cord out of the amp. All was ok until I plugged it back in.. now the amp & speakers are only on while the key is in the off position. Everything still works considering I was able to plug a CD played into it using headphone -> rca cable. Any suggestions? My car audio knowledge is limited so any help would be appriciated.

you must have plugged the full time power into the ignition power make sure you got the right cable going to the right power source you’ll have two one thats all the time power and one thats just for when you turn the key to the on position…
