Radio Car Radio Car
How do I add an auxillary input in my car radio for my ipod?

I HATE FM transmitters. I don’t really want to buy a new radio just for an auxiliary input. I don’t have much experience working with car radios, but I can take them out and do a little, so as much detail as you can give me would be great. I have a 2002 Saturn SL-1 with its stock radio still in. Thank you.

Too bad you hate FM transmitters. The little transmitter you can slap on the IPod can transmit to your radio with no need for aux wires. I have seen some audio adapters which look like and pretend to be cassette tapes. I think those went away when FM you-know-whats came out, but they might still be out there somewhere.
