where can i find a diagram of the inside components of a marine/boat gear shifter with trim?
trim switch broke
Be more specific, it would help if you would provide details on the type (Outboard or I/O), the manufacturer (Mercury, OMC, Yamaha, etc.), the year manufacturered, etc. Providing this information will allow people to give focused advice on providing answers to your problem.
Testing to see if the switch is the problem is not hard, but you have to be careful in not letting the trim wires get too close to each other.
